Processing

  • As most products are especially made for you, they are created once you order. Current processing times are 1-3 weeks unless otherwise stated on individual product listing. OR if products are Ready To Ship

  • “Ready to Ship” products have a 1-2 business day processing time

  • * Business days do not include weekends and holidays

  • Processing times do not include shipping times. See shipping times below.

Shipping

  • Secondhand Minnie ships to the United States, and Canada. Worldwide shipping coming in the future.

  • Customers will receive a shipping notification via email once their order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

  • USPS First-Class Package - Transit time is approximately 2-5 business days. Includes tracking.

  • USPS Priority Mail - Transit time is approximately 2-3 business days. Includes tracking and insurance up to $100.

  • USPS Priority Mail International - Transit time is approximately 6-10 business days. Includes tracking and insurance up to $200.

Returns/ Exchanges/ Refunds

Due to the custom nature of handmade items, all sales are final. BUT Please contact us if there are any problems with your order, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase. We do everything we can to make sure you’re happy with your items!

Cancelations

  • Cancelation of an order is accepted but must be requested within 48 hours of purchase.

Lost / Undeliverable / Insufficient Address

  • In the event a package is misplaced by the USPS, marked as undeliverable, or returned to sender for an insufficient address, please contact the shop immediately. A claim will need to be filed to the USPS, and a plan will be discussed on how to proceed.
